Shipping options are displayed at the checkout, we predominantly ship using Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.

If you require a different service or would like your parcel sent with a specific courier, please get in touch before purchase.

EUROPE UPDATE: Unfortunately due to the new GPSR legislations coming in to effect on 13/12/2024, SCRUMP will no longer be able to ship to the EU or Northern Ireland. This is so disappointing and frustrating - we hope the situation changes soon! Thanks for your understanding.

Once dispatched, parcels have an estimated arrival of up to 5 business days within Europe, and up to 7 business days for the rest of the world. You will receive a tracking number once dispatched.

The below prices are to be used as a rough guide. We predominantly ship with Royal Mail. The cost of shipping is determined by the provider, so prices and quotes vary all the time - we always provide the best quote with a reliable service.

For orders over 2kg, it may be more cost effective to ship multiple parcels. Please contact us if you are looking to place a larger international order.

We wrap our parcels in sustainable packaging. Our mailing bags are carbon neutral and made from sugarcane. We also use paper based products (envelopes/boxes/tubes) for small parcels, fragile items and our design pieces.

Please recycle and reuse our packaging where possible!

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. This number will need to be entered on the couriers website in order to track. All the information you need will be emailed to you!

Refunds: Please note, refunds will not be issued unless there is a genuine fault with the sale.

Returns/Exchanges: Unfortunately we do not offer returns or exchanges, nor are we able to reserve items. Detailed descriptions are given for each product, including item condition and sizing. We urge you to read this information carefully before purchasing.

Tax + Duties

Occasionally there are additional charges and expenses when importing products and shipping internationally - SCRUMP is not responsible for any duties and taxes that may be applied by customs where the delivery is made. Any custom duties, foreign taxes, or other fees which may be imposed during or after shipping, are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays

Sometimes couriers are overstretched, or take strikes - this can cause shipping delays. We always aim to work around this as best we can, and keep you updated when this does happen.

Please also note from time to time we do take time off/holiday - and therefore dispatch time will be longer. We will give prior notice and shipping dates will be made clear during these periods.
